8 - Taking Action

Click to view full screen…

Now you've administered Rumble's Quest, collected your data, and generated your reports.

It's a great start – but where to now?

How will you use your results to promote children's social and emotional wellbeing?

Be methodical - Here's a suggested road map:

Step 1: Explore Your Data - Start by exploring what the information in all your reports is showing.

* Note

If you are the Rumble's Quest coordinator at your school or organisation, consider taking a staged approach to data exploration and action planning. It can help to do the first pass of data review with your dedicated wellbeing team before you communicate more broadly. That way, you will have a good structure ready for when you engage the whole organisation or school community in the process of building a shared vision and a richly detailed wellbeing support plan.

Step 2: Create an Action Plan - Use what you find to set out an evidence-informed wellbeing action plan that coordinates what everyone across the organisation or school community can do to support child wellbeing

Step 3: Cultivate Site-Wide Capacity - Strengthen collective capacity across the organisation to implement the plan

Step 4: Promote Child Wellbeing - Carry out the plan

Step 5: Track Progress - Review and reflect on what impact the activities you undertake are having and make continuous improvement part of routine practice
