Activate the Action Plan and Monitor Its Implementation
As you implement your plan over the coming months, take the following steps:
Organise regular opportunities for everyone to check-in and share information about how the plan is proceeding. To help with this, put some structural check points in place (e.g., allocate time during staff meetings to assess progress on the plan).
Keep everyone informed about what's going on and keep a track of (and celebrate) the actions you've completed. Keep asking:
Are we doing what we said we'd do?
Are we doing it well?
Are we noticing benefits?
