User management happens in RealWell Accounts, a separate platform from Rumble's Quest Manager. If your organisation has an active Rumble's Quest license, users with any of the following roles can access Rumble's Quest Manager:

All users with access can view children's personal information and wellbeing data, so they must understand their ethical and legal responsibilities. It is not necessary or appropriate for all staff members to have access to Rumble's Quest Manager. Add users thoughtfully, and restrict access to key members of your leadership or wellbeing team.
Managing Access
To add or remove users, Account Admins should log in to RealWell Accounts. For guidance, see User Management.
When a staff member leaves or no longer requires access, remove them promptly.
